Care Assistant (days – part-time)

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic care assistant to join our team and support us in caring for adults with learning disabilities within a residential setting.

The role involves working approx. 30 hours per week on a 2 week rolling rota. Various shifts and over time will be available.

Home is a small setting with 18 residents who have minimal night needs.

Company is supportive and flexible in helping staff achieve a positive work/life balance and also offers staff incentives throughout the year including Christmas bonus, Birthday gift and team building exercises. Staff are also given an annual well being day.

£100 bonus on completion of probationary period.
